Flat fee is marked per item depending on the size of the furniture with delivery range of 0-15 miles. Add $20 for every 15 miles up to 60 miles. Add $10 per additional item purchased.

Please bring a truck or large vehicle. Bring Packing supplies to prevent your furniture from damages.
Make arrangements with a least 2 strong people to help move furniture pieces from store and carefully into your business or residence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PICKUP AND DELIVERY
OPTION 1: IN-STORE PICKUP
An associate will call or email you to arrange a specific time for pickup at store location 1837 E. Lake St, Minneapolis MN 55407 . Please bring people to help load your furniture. Make sure to bring appropriate vehicle that will fit your furniture and also necessary packing supplies. We may be able to help if you require assistance but please be aware that Marva’s Place will not be held responsible for any damages to your property while we try to help you.
Online Orders: If items are available in-store, you may be able to pickup same day and if the store is open. Online orders are available for pickup 24-48 hours after purchase.
We ask that all items be picked up as quickly as possible after purchase. You have 3 days to pick up your furniture after purchase date. A storage fee of $10 per item will be billed each day after the 3 days period as expired. Furniture not picked up within 14 days of purchase date becomes the property of Marva’s Place. Customer understands there will be no refund for items that are abandoned. While we encourage sold items to be moved right away, we ask that you communicate with us if you are not able to meet these deadlines.
OPTION 2: DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME
An associate will call or email to arrange a specific time for delivery. At the time of delivery, you MUST arrange to have people available to help you with your furniture in your home. There is additional cost if you require our assistance to help you with your furniture.
There is a $10 daily storage fee per item if we are not able to deliver your furniture within 14 days of purchase date. Furniture pieces becomes the property of Marva’s Place after 30 days of purchase date. Customer understands there will be no refund for items that are abandoned. While we encourage sold items to be moved right away, we ask that you communicate with us if you are not able to meet these deadlines.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please communicate to us any restrictions at your residence. Your entrance must be easily accessible and clear of anything which restricts us to deliver your items.
If you live in an apartment building, condo or townhome, please give clear instructions on where to make delivery and communicate that with your property management. If you live in areas such as the downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul locations which normally have parking restrictions, please be clear on how to deliver as well.
We may not be able to assist you in moving large furniture up or down flights of stairs or long hall ways but that is at our discretion. We will not assist in moving or dispose of furniture in or from your home.
If we are not able to complete your delivery as scheduled, additional fees may apply.
If we show at your residence and it’s not easily accessible, you must pay additional fees for us to return. You can arrange your own pick-up within 3 days as well. Please keep in mind that we have a schedule to follow for other customer deliveries and we must follow that order.
Customer must be present to accept furniture at the time of delivery or give person responsible.
Your items are available for Pickup or Delivery Monday – Sunday. Once your order is received, we will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery.
